Customer Care Consultant with English

 

Job description: 

·         answer inbound customer calls

·         provide support to the customer within requested area

·         advise customers on appropriate actions on the phone

·         cooperate with upper levels of technical support and field service engineers

·         check quality of service tickets in customer service applications

 

Requirements:

·         excellent communication skills in English

·         willingness to work in the shifts system

·         knowledge of MS Office package
